We will chant the Kundalini Bhakti Mantra (Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti Namo Namo) for 62 minutes. This mantra frees us from insecurities that block action and awakens awareness of the dance between the seen and unseen forces of creation.

Posture Balance for Meditation
Focusing on hip mobility and the deeper muscles of hip flexion: dliacus, psoas, pectineus, rectus femoris, and sartorius, and awakening subtle alignment. The class will help you create greater stability and comfort in both Yoga and Meditation practices, become comfortable sitting in stillness, and let the body become a support for the mind.
