Posture Balance for Meditation

In this class, Makiko will teach neuroplasticity exercise to improve your sitting posture. Focusing on hip mobility and the deeper muscles of hip flexion: liacus, psoas, pectineus, rectus femoris, and sartorius, and awakening subtle alignment. The class will help you create greater stability and comfort in both Yoga and Meditation practices, become comfortable sitting in stillness, and let the body become a support for the mind.

Posture Balance is organized physical movement education mainly based on Feldenkrais’s method of neuroplasticity healing.
