Within everyone is a vital spirit that moves us toward self-realization and the merging with universal presence. As we open to our deeper awareness during this Equinox cycle, we have access to a profound knowing that exists within. This inner knowing is Oneness.
Through the practices of Kundalini yoga, sacred chant meditations, pranayama, gong immersion and other joys we will activate the deep spirit within us that brings forth inner peace, joy and transcendent awareness.
