When the gong is played the striking of the metal creates an energy, electrons become highly charged electromagnetically and form a field of Plasma. The plasma field is being created off the gong therefore participants are being electromagnetically charged. The gong is a psychoacoustic gateway to heighten states of awareness and consciousness.
These classes will contain kriyas and/or meditations where the gong is played, or have an extended period of gong playing during the deep relaxation.
