Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a system of yoga and meditation that promotes health, happiness, and spiritual awareness. It is a complete science that combines postures (asanas), movement, sound current (mantra), breath (pranayam) and meditation into powerful sets called kriyas. It is designed to provide you with the experience of your highest consciousness. Most classes included the Gong.
Sat Nam Rasayan®
Sat Nam Rasayan® (SNR) is a meditative healing technique. In SNR, the instrument for healing is consciousness itself, and in this class you will learn how to develop your consciousness in order to apply it for healing. Each class will include elements of SNR theory, but will primarily involve hands-on learning and practice. This class is appropriate for everyone. No healing experience necessary. Come heal and be healed as we explore this subtle and deep healing art.

The class is designed to access the Brain's neuroplasticity ability to rewire Sensory and Motor Functions, and correct unhealthy movement and posture habits. It helps you to align Digestive and Brain functions through your Nerve system resulting in improved neurological health. As such, Posture Balance focuses on specific themes (muscular skeletal systems, organ functions, emotions, somatic-psychology and others) for overall improved health.
Friday Night Gong
Begin with 10 minutes of gentle pranayām to settle the breath and prepare the body to receive the gong. All week long, the nervous system takes in more than it can easily process, conversations, deadlines, screens, movement, emotion, noise. By Friday, most people are running on habit and adrenaline. This gong bath offers 30 minutes of restorative gong immersion to let the week fall away so you can begin your weekend grounded, clear, and actually present. You’ll settle into a comfortable resting position (seated or lying down, whatever feels best). The sound of the gong moves through the body in slow, wave-like pulses, releasing tension, quieting internal noise, and restoring inner spaciousness.
The Gong Temple
One Hour of Restorative Relaxation with the gong. Step into the sacred chamber of sound. "The Gong Temple" is a weekly ritual where deep, archetypal tones stir the subconscious, cleanse energetic residue, and awaken the dormant wisdom within. The gong acts as both teacher and healer. Its echoes reverberating through the body’s subtle architecture to reveal stillness, spaciousness, and inner light. Give yourself the gift of One Hour of Restorative Relaxation with the gong. De-stress from your week and prepare you for the week ahead.
Breath, Stretch, Release ™
Experience an Energetic and Physical transformation through breathwork and resistance stretching. You’ll find “Your Favorite You” while you gain flexibility, mobility, strength, and reconnect to your spirit soul. Every single class focuses on these three elements to help you feel more aligned, stronger in your body, and release anything that no longer serves you. This transformative program is designed for people who are looking for a deeper connection to themselves and their bodies, release any stale energy lingering that is holding you back.
Sadhana
Sadhana is the daily practice of prayer, yoga, and meditation. Traditionally, it is done before the rising of the sun, when the world is still and dark and the vibrations of life are silent . This is an ideal time to turn inward. The atmosphere before sunrise is said to be charged with electro-magnetic intelligence, and subtle, powerful energy. Sadhana is practiced as a lead group experience with limited instruction. We begin by reciting Japji followed by Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. Remember, any time you worship God is a good time.
Longevity, Vitality, and Self-Healing
Dr. Barry Goodman will guide you through easy and safe practices that promote health, energy, and healing. The focus is on using techniques like Kundalini Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, and Reiki to improve your mood, medical conditions, and help with addiction recovery.
These practices are simple to do and can make a big difference in how you feel every day. Dr. Goodman combines Eastern healing methods with Western medicine, which has helped him personally heal from chronic anxiety, depression, and heart issues. He’s been teaching these practices for over 20 years to both individuals and groups, and now you can learn them too.
Sacred Yoga integrates subtle energetic principles of kriya with the broader landscape of yoga therapy and contemplative healing arts. It explores how energy moves through body, psyche, and soul and how conscious practice restores balance, insight, and creative flow. Rooted in yogic sciences such as mantra, breath, rhythm, and meditation, Sacred Yoga also draws from cross-cultural wisdom traditions including Daoist energetics, shamanic cosmology, and Western esoteric healing systems. These influences expand the framework beyond any single lineage, allowing practice to become a living, adaptive process of self-realization.
