Most people live in a haunted house of their own thoughts. The mind runs through moods and reactions, and we mistake that motion for life. Feelings change, but consciousness does not. When decisions come from emotion, it’s like writing on water, nothing remains.

Kundalini Yoga trains the self to stop being haunted by its own mind. The practice is not escape but balance, steady, neutral, and awake. Our real power is innocence and vitality, not performance.

This Halloween, we face the inner ghosts and see they are only thoughts out of balance. In the stillness of shuniya, haunting ends, and the self shines clear.
