In this workshop, we will discuss prominent theories in sexology that integrate neuroscience, spirituality, and psychology. We will also introduce personal and partnered non-explicit, non-sexual voluntary exercises that center embodied experience and empower our inner knowing to cultivate harmony in relationships.

Rayan Fardoun is completing an MA in Psychology at Columbia University, with a concentration at the Spirituality Mind Body Institute. He is a devoted practitioner who is profoundly grateful to have received one-on-one training with world-class teachers across spiritual traditions. He is also a certified sexological bodyworker.
