Healing the Wounds of Love

in STUDO and by ZOOM

Sunday, March 29, 2026 from 1:30PM to 3:00PM with Simran Kaur

Drop the pain. Through Shabad Guru, the sound current, clarity, sensitivity, and authenticity emerge.

This meditation, just over an hour, works through the power of the word and the sacred geometry of group formation. It purifies, aligns, and strengthens the heart and soul, building and stabilizing the aura and psycho-electromagnetic field, creating space for positive change in your current relationships while releasing past pain held in the heart and psyche.

The practice merges the Shabad Mera Man Loche with the chant Aad Such.  Mera Man Loche, written as letters between Guru Arjan, the fifth Guru, and his father Guru Ram Das, the fourth Guru, carries a perfect longing, love, and fulfillment in its feeling, projection, and elevation.
Aad Such, the 17th Slok of Sukhmani Sahib, given by Baba Siri Chand, the elder son of Guru Nanak, breaks through energetic blocks and supports deep healing.

Through the group, each person’s projection is multiplied thousands of times and is said to be powerful enough to heal the wounds of many lifetimes.
