Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Gong for the New Moon in Libra
in STUDIO & by ZOOM
Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM with Teg Karamjot Singh
Libra is symbolized by the scales, but balance is not a fixed position. Balance is a living intelligence, a continual listening and adjustment between opposing forces.
Many of us learned to create harmony by suppressing one side of the scale: our anger, our limits, our desires, or the truth we feared would disturb someone else. That may produce quiet, but it does not produce peace.
This New Moon asks us to establish a new relationship between self and other, strength and softness, giving and receiving, truth and love. We are not here to choose one side over the other. We are creating enough inner space to hold both, and to discover the deeper center between them.
Like walking a tightrope, this kind of balance is not achieved once and then possessed. It is found through presence: listening, feeling, adjusting and returning. The opposing forces do not disappear. We learn how to remain in relationship with them without losing ourselves.
Through Kundalini Yoga, breath, meditation and deep relaxation, we will explore the inner steadiness that allows us to remain open without disappearing, and to honor ourselves without closing our hearts. We will release old patterns of appeasement and plant an intention for relationships in which truth and tenderness can coexist.
