A Community Chanting Event Honoring the Birthday of Guru Ram Das
Sunday, October 11, 2026, from 1:30PM to 3:30PM in STUDIO & by ZOOM
Come together for a special afternoon of chanting, community, and connection in honor of the birthday of Guru Ram Das.
Guru Ram Das, the fourth Sikh Guru, is remembered for his humility, service, compassion, and healing presence. When life feels stuck, we can call upon the domain of Guru Ram Das, the realm of the heart and the Neutral Mind, where all things become pure and the impossible becomes possible.
Together, we will chant the Shabad Dhan Dhan Ram Das Guru and other mantras connected with Guru Ram Das. Through the Naad, the sacred sound current, the rhythm and vibration of the group can deepen meditation and create an experience of love, healing, forgiveness, and compassion.
No chanting experience is necessary. Mantra sheets will be provided, and all are welcome to participate.
After the chanting, enjoy tea, light snacks, and conversation with the community.
There is no charge to attend. If you would like to make a contribution to support community gatherings at Infinite Space NYC, you are welcome to do so.
