At the Winter Solstice, this current intensifies, recalibrating consciousness and health in harmony with the shifting field of the planet and the sun. The psyche shifts as the electromagnetic field of the earth realigns, generating pranic vitality that renews the system.
The Winter Solstice asks us to live in rhythm with that movement, to recognize both light and darkness, beginnings and endings, rest and emergence.
