So how do you start or continue? Begin with 20–45 minutes at the start of your day. If you have been practicing for some time, longer may be beneficial. Gumption and chutzpah come through sadhana. To improve, immerse yourself briefly in sadhana. To excel, invest your body, mind, and soul in a great sadhana.
