An Immersive Day of Practice & Exploration in STUDIO & by ZOOM
Sunday, November 8, 2026 from 10:00AM to 5:00PM with Guru Dharam
Mystics throughout time and across cultures have perceived an energy body surrounding and interpenetrating the physical form. The Rishis and Yogis explored the complementary relationship between the physical and subtle bodies, developing practices to enhance the capacity of both.
The principle of Saibhang is rooted in modern Kundalini practice and means “self-illumined”: the capacity to synthesize the neurochemical profiles of higher consciousness through the practice of internal alchemy, rather than through the consumption of external chemical or organic substances.
Offering a glimpse into how and why Yoga works, we will explore the connections between physical anatomy, subtle anatomy, energy and consciousness through teaching, discussion, Kriya and meditation, including:
• The relationship between the physical and metaphysical bodies
• Eastern anatomy and its connections to the physical body
• How yogic practices work with energy, the nervous system and consciousness
• The Crown Chakra and the “1000 petals,” associated with states of Oneness, Peace, Ecstasy and Bliss
A day to deepen your understanding of Kundalini through direct experience and practice.
Early Registration $165 paid by Friday, November 6, 2026. $210 Registered after 11/6/2026.
Zoom link arrives by auto email about 45 minutes before the workshop
