The Sacred Pathway: How to Welcome and Embrace Your Shadows

In STUDIO only
The Roman playwright Terence originally wrote "Nothing human is foreign to me"
Let's face it. We all have unconscious parts of our personalities that are yet to be
integrated. The hidden talents and creative potentials, the habitual patterns we're
learning to wield. This workshop is for those ready to open up to be lovingly witnessed"
in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Instead of pathologizing and scrutinizing,
we'll hold a compassionate atonement ceremony, followed by games that engage our
shadows in fun, playful ways. Expect to deepen your felt sense of safety, build trust,
and connect to our shared humanity! Snacks afterwards!
Necessary conditions:
1) show up with a sincere commitment to prevent harm, including to yourself,
and dedicate yourself to expressing Truth
2 ) show up wearing something that expresses what you'd like to integrate
