Sat Nam Rasayan®  Workshop: The Sensitive Space

Sunday, August 23, 2026 from 1:00PM to 7:00PM with Angad Kaur Khalsa

Sat Nam Rasayan® is a meditative healing art associated with Kundalini Yoga.

In this workshop, the sensitive space, the realm of our own feelings and sensations, serves as a vehicle for cultivating the meditative state that supports the practice of Sat Nam Rasayan®.

Through meditation and experiential exercises, we will learn to recognize and work with the sensitive space in our own awareness, developing the neutrality and stillness that allow the experience of Sat Nam Rasayan® to unfold and preparing us to apply it in the practice of healing.

Whether you are new to Sat Nam Rasayan® or an experienced practitioner, this workshop offers an opportunity to experience one of the foundational tools of Sat Nam Rasayan® and the possibilities of meditative awareness.

The workshop includes opportunities to both receive healing and learn to heal, experiencing the stillness and meditative awareness that support the practice of Sat Nam Rasayan®.

No previous experience is necessary. Come to meditate, heal, and be healed.

We will take breaks throughout the day for Yogi Tea and light snacks.

Registration also includes the option to attend the Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class on Saturday, August 23, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. While optional, participation is encouraged as a preparation for the workshop.

Pre-Registration (by August 20): $165 (Members: $155)
Registration (after August 20)$195 (Members: $185)

This workshop is available in the studio only.
