Nutrition for Improving Your Digestion and Posture Balance

Nutrition for Improving Your Digestion and Posture Balance

in STUDIO & by ZOOM Sunday, January 18, 2026 with Makiko Oka from 1:00PM - 4:00PM

We tend to think that improving posture is a biomechanical function involving physical movement and exercise. However, Posture deficiencies also reflect nervous system problems, i.e. neurological issues caused by neurochemical imbalance, which precede the biomechanical function. Therefore, both biomechanical and neurochemical deficiencies can be minimized by choosing the Right Foods.

Humans are made up of 90% microbiomes and 10% other biomaterial. In a healthy person, most microbiomes consist of good microbes. The good microbiomes uphold the integrity of the gut wall which is the center of our body (mouth to anus).

So Poor Posture Balance can result from Gut Dysbiosis, which can lead to various unhealthy issues, incl. back/neck/shoulder aches, joint stiffness, irregular breathing, digestion difficulties, sleep disorders, nervousness, etc. And these issues affect our Sensory and Motor skills which are essential brain functions that determine who we are.

This seminar will provide information on how food choices impact the Gut Microbiome, which is then revealed by our Posture.
