Gentle Yin Yoga & Soundbath Savasana

A beginner-friendly Yin Yoga class designed to support nervous system regulation and release deep connective tissue tension through long-held postures. As the body softens, flexibility, joint mobility, circulation, and qi flow are supported.
This practice cultivates mindfulness, emotional balance, and breath awareness, creating space for rest, reflection, and inner connection—offering ease for those with busy, active lifestyles.
The class concludes with a soothing soundbath Savasana featuring, handpan, guitar and vocal melodies to support relaxation and integration.
