- Bring a banana and an orange - and be willing to feel ridiculous. The exercises are very simple, but they will make you feel weird. Weird isn’t outside. It’s not in the fruit, not in the moves, it’s in you, when your nerves don’t line up and your muscles won’t cooperate. That’s why sometimes you press the gas instead of the brake. These exercises push the system off its usual track just enough to show you where it misfires, then they reset the signals and charge the neurons. Left brain, right brain, breath down the middle, all forced to work together. It shakes out the hidden anger, gives you the power to disconnect pain, wakes up the nervous system, and lets the brain do the healing, not you. The fruit is part of the healing too: you hold it, charge it through the work, and when you eat it, the energy goes straight into the body. This is Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in its raw form: strange, funny, effective and a way to heal from the inside out.
